Everyone wants a deal... as a Realtor I hear it everyday. But at what cost? There are a lot of deals out there right now in Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill and surrounding real estate markets. Our Long Beach Real Estate market is booming and homes are selling at a fast pace. Many times we write ten or more offers before a buyers offer gets accepted.
